from scratch.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

As a fundamental step in our human-centered design process, we conducted a thorough examination of the current market landscape 
to gain insights into existing products that offer comparable services to ours. This competitive analysis allowed us to identify shared attributes and distinguishing factors among various platforms.

Drawing on this knowledge, we strategically positioned our product as a unique solution that addresses the specific needs of our target users, thereby filling a critical gap in the market. By placing user needs and preferences at the forefront of our design approach, we are confident that our product will provide an exceptional user experience that meets and exceeds their expectations.
